I founded Sanjayan Estimating to provide contractors, builders, and estimating companies with high-quality, professionally reviewed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates — combining deep technical expertise with modern AI-assisted workflows.

My background spans residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across multiple international markets. I have prepared Bills of Quantities, cost plans, tender estimates, and trade-specific takeoffs for projects of varying scale and complexity. I work directly with clients — no layers of junior staff — ensuring every deliverable reflects the precision and accountability your project demands.
